Job Summary
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring that all proposals are compelling, compliant, and delivered on time.
The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the bid process from initial opportunity identification through to contract award.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including business development, technical, legal/compliance, finance, and operations) to gather necessary information and inputs for bid submissions.
- Write, edit, and review bid content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
- Manage the production and delivery of high-quality bid documents, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct thorough analysis of bid requirements, evaluation criteria, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure all bids are compliant with internal governance processes and external regulations.
- Maintain a bid library and repository of standard content, templates, and best practices.
- Track and report on bid progress, success rates, and key performance indicators.
- Continuously improve bid processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with department heads (GI and EB) across multiple territories and maintain bid strategies that align with the company's prospect and target lists.

Job Summary
To provide administrative support to the line manager with an aim to build and develop relationships with insurance companies’ and clients.
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to maintain a strong relationship with insurance companies.
- Assist line manager to maintain excellent relationship with major clients in collaboration with the BD team by attending meetings with new and existing clients when required.
- Assist in providing support in handling client’s new request, RFP, Tenders and policy renewals for the following - pre-sales and at sales stage of general lines.
- Manage all system entries of new policies and renewals.
- Achieve set KPI targets assigned by line manager.
- Assist in preparing broking slips/quotes/comparison reports/best practices recommendations to clients for approval.
- Assist in preparing GAP analysis.
- Assisting in preparing analysis and interpretation of claims data for approval.
- Assist in preparing quarterly performance reports and recommendations to clients.
- Assist the line manager with interpretations of policy terms and conditions.
- Perform such other duties as may be required from time to time.
